SYST Awards & Celebration Event

Our annual SYST awards and celebration event is where we celebrate our success as a charity during the past year, where we recognise and reward those individuals who most deserve it, and where we raise awareness of our charity and discuss how individuals and businesses can get involved.

Our next event is on Wednesday 20th March 2024 at the Engine Shop, Ironbridge Gorge Museum, from 6-8pm.

During this annual event we present 4 SYST awards to recognise and reward individuals that have been involved with the charity.

The awards are;

-SYST Young Business of the year.

This award goes to a young person who is creating a business that has great potential.

Prize – An award to keep plus a cheque for £500.

-SYST Young Person of the Year.

This award goes to a young person who has demonstrated great courage and resilience over the past 12 months overcoming and managing barriers.

Prize – An award to keep plus a cheque for £500.

-The Stoddart award.

This award goes to a young person who has successfully developed their own business with the support of SYST and are still showing great progress and potential.

Prize – An award to keep plus a cheque for £500.

(Criteria – must have been supported by SYST within the past 5 years)

– SYST Mentor of the year.

This award goes to a SYST mentor that has gone above and beyond to support young people over the past 12 months.

Prize – An award to keep.
