Hazel’s career started in the corporate sector, working both for IBM and Lexmark in numerous sales and marketing roles, before migrating her skill set to the educational sector, where she held senior leadership roles at two local independent schools.

More recently Hazel has followed her dream to be self-employed and has set-up her own floral design business based at the British Ironworks Centre. She relishes every day of her working life as she develops her own business, Budding Delights.

Hazel is naturally passionate about all that she commits to deliver and brings a wealth of sales, marketing and customer experience into her role as a SYST mentor.
