Rob is the co-founder of the London Youth Support Trust (LYST).

Having worked in investment management for several years in London, Rob saw that there was a lack of support and space young people needed to nurture their business ideas.

Starting off with one centre and a small team Rob has grown LYST into a multi centre charity across London helping more than 800 young people start a business.

LYST are working outside of London to help develop the model and supporting other with similar charities.

Recently Rob worked with the High Sheriff of Greater London on a project to find jobs for young people leaving prison.
