Josh is currently a Policy Analyst for a charity working on the ground to support some of the most marginalised groups in the UK and Ireland, alongside supporting wider communities. He specialises in policies concerning the labour market, poverty, the social security system, and regional inequalities.
In a previous role, Josh worked for a community interest company with the goal of ensuring young people voices help shape the policies that impacts them. Josh supported research into the barriers young people face on their journey to work, training, further learning or self employment. He also played an instrumental role in establishing and chairing the Youth Voice Forum of the Youth Employment Group.
Having faced his own barriers on his journey through education and employment, Josh is determined to ensure young people are empowered, supported and nurtured as they form their own aspirations and take their next steps.
