Fliss is one of the UK’s leading experts in the applied psychology of language. A psycholinguistics undergraduate, she went on to study persuasion and influence, neuroscience, NLP, and voice dialogue, as well as to qualify as a certified empowerment coach and trainer.
A true master of language, for the last 25 years Fliss has supported some of the world’s leading businesses, brands, and leaders to communicate with impact, launching her own award-winning PR, content and copywriting consultancy in 2007, and adding a dedicated language mastery coaching and training business in 2021. In both, she and her team support clients globally.
Her earlier career saw her firmly at the leading-edge of PR, communications, and reputation management, as she led external comms for a FTSE100 and held the role of Account Director at a national PR agency.
Fliss is also a Founding Director of Telford Business Board CIC, a Member of Telford Towns Funds Board, and a Governor at St George’s C of E School and Nursery.
