Jimmy is an experienced business consultant, leadership coach and mentor, helping owner-managers to grow and scale their businesses to bridge the gap between where their accountants say they were 9-12 month ago and where wealth managers tell them they need to be when they exit, so they can live the lifestyle they choose without the fear of ever running out of money.

Jimmy’s consultancy provides access to all the resources to support the core business processes an owner will use during the lifetime of his business to achieve his business, financial and personal goals.

Jimmy set up his consultancy in 1999 providing transformational change leadership and project delivery to a wide range of UK and International companies from start up to FTSE100. Using that experience, with his skills and knowledge built over 40 years in the Army, multiple commercial roles as Non-Executive Director and in senior management , he now focuses his support on the SME sector.
