Self Defence Classes

Free self-defence classes are being held at Shropshire Youth Support Trust.
These sessions support Young People who are looking to build their confidence and learn how to protect themselves, should they ever need to.
To be eligible to attend you would need to be 19 to 24 and live within Telford and Wrekin and currently Not in Education Employment or Training.
