WE DON’T GIVE ANSWERS, WE GIVE TOOLS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU

TO KEEP UPDATING YOUR ANSWERS THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE AND

MAKING THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AT EACH STAGE, SO THAT YOU’LL

NEVER MISS THE AWESOMENESS YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE.

Programme 2 – SELF’ing (Covered across four sessions):

Here we explore the internal resources available to us, the psychological

tools that will help us become more agile and craft our life around our

set of core values and interests.

In this module, we will cover

• What is courage and what types of courage do we have

• Lasting vs. Passing interests

• How to make life interesting

• Our strengths and in what setting can they shine brighter

• Identifying our core values

• The Tree of Life and how are we using our time
