WE DON’T GIVE ANSWERS, WE GIVE TOOLS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU

TO KEEP UPDATING YOUR ANSWERS THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE AND

MAKING THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AT EACH STAGE, SO THAT YOU’LL

NEVER MISS THE AWESOMENESS YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE.

Programme 1 – Unblocking (Covered across four sessions):

We start by unblocking our mind around the way we have been taught

to think about life, about what our future must be, the options we

have and the relationship we have established with the choices we

“must” make.

• The Psychology of Choices

• Our pleasures in Life

• Imagine Life(s)

• Life Storytelling

• Ranking our Pleasure Points
