About this Event
Worrying is perfectly normal. We all worry from time to time. However, if you feel that your level of worrying is becoming excessive, unproductive or starting to impact on your wellbeing then you could benefit from learning strategies to gain more control over your worrying. We will explore why we worry, alternatives to worrying and helpful strategies and self-management techniques.
