Feeling nervous, even anxious, before you go for an interview, pitch a new idea to a client, introduce yourself at a networking event, or before attending an important meeting is perfectly normal. Your nerves are a sign of your body preparing you to give your best performance. But when your nerves take over in the moment, and your performance is negatively impacted as a result of your anxieties, then you may benefit from attending this session. You will have the opportunity to learn about ‘performance anxiety’ and how you can carry out different strategies to address your beliefs, beat your inner critic and psyche yourself up to give your best performance.
