We may be experiencing difficulties both personally and professionally. Having a positive mindset is one of the ways we can support our personal resilience and increase our self-confidence. In times of self-doubt, set-backs and challenges, maintaining a positive and empowering mindset can be all the difference between you positively moving forward or focusing on worse case scenarios that can lead to you giving up. Having a positive mindset prepares you for challenges, gives you conviction, and leads to better coping strategies and wellbeing.
