The way that you handle your emotions and how you empathise and build relationships with others is crucial whether that is in job interviews, your working role or as you start up your business. In this particularly challenging time, managing your emotions and understanding the emotions of others are even more important than ever. If you feel that you could benefit from learning more about how you can effectively understand and manage your own emotions and build effective relationships with others, then this course is for you.
