About this Event
In this module we will cover a vital part of the Business Planning process, which will include key aspects such as:
- Administration & Legal
- Accounting & Finances
- Products & Services
- Operations
- PR/Marketing
This will help you understand and create Critical Path actions and timelines.
We will also explore aspects such as Time Management and learning to prioritise tasks using tools like the importance/Urgency Matrix which will lead into the creation of a Gantt Chart detailing Critical Paths, and the importance of setting deadlines.
It’s all about focusing your activities – doing the right things, in the right order and not getting distracted.
