International Women’s Day is an important day to celebrate the achievements of women, and also to recognise the challenges they still face in achieving gender equity. The #EmbraceEquity campaign theme is particularly relevant, as it highlights the need for everyone to come together and work towards creating a more equitable world for women.

Charities can play an important role in this effort by supporting programmes and initiatives that promote gender equity. This can include supporting education and job training programmes for women, advocating for policies that promote gender equity in the workplace and in government, and providing support for women who have experienced discrimination or violence.

As a charity, we work with an array of women including beneficiaries, partners, supporters, sponsors, volunteers, trustees, ASYSTORS and mentors, we fully embrace the ethos for the 2023 International Women’s Day 2023 campaign theme: #EmbraceEquity
