This is a business run by Rio 2016 Olympian Patrick Huston. Patrick and his staff provide fun archery activities for all age groups. Using foam tipped arrows there are no safety concerns for anyone wanting to have a go at archery with Patrick Huston Archery Activities. Archery is a sport for everyone, all ages and abilities which is simply fantastic fun!
Soft Archery is a 45 minute session which gives participants quick and easy instruction with lightweight bows to get you shooting accurately in minutes. We can provide for pretty much any groups, indoors or outdoors up to 15 participants at a time. These sessions can be booked at our facility in Oswestry or our mobile kit can come to you. A soft archery session is £9pp
A big element of this aspect of the business is “Soft Archery Lunchtimes” where we come along to companies premises, set up our kit in whatever space they have – receptions, warehouses, carparks – and get the staff out doing an awesome bit of activity during their lunch hour. This breaks up the monotony of the work day aswell as giving brilliant team building crossover! Our prices for Soft Archery Lunchtimes are £30 for 6 bows for a 45 minute session.
Combat archery is simply a fantastic activity which gets every single participant running around, sweating, shouting and laughing. We have our purpose built facility at the ironworks centre for a really immersive experience at £14pp. Or we can take our mobile kit to wherever you require us. This is open to anybody over the age of 9, though it is obviously a pretty physical activity. This is brilliant for birthday parties and youth groups. We have also had amazing feedback about the positive effects it has for corporate team building. Getting into close quarters combat with the caveman weapon of a bow and arrow gets everyone interacting well with each other, strategy, engagement and communication is key!
