Full Spectrum Coffee is a speciality coffee roaster, based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Placing an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility, Full Spectrum was founded with the intention of making top quality coffee something that everbody can enjoy. Whether you’re new to coffee or coffee obsessed, looking for an easy daily drinker or a new and exciting coffee experience, or just a chat about coffee and some advice on getting the most from your beans, Full Spectrum has you covered!

Tom, the founder and owner, is on the autism spectrum and has held coffee as a special interest since he was a teenager. However, he found that the coffee industry one that, while being increasingly progressive in recent years, wasn’t easy for someone on the spectrum to navigate. To this end, Full Spectrum aims to put autistic people at the centre of what it does, offering workshops, training and potential employment to local people on the spectrum, as well as making sure that all of the coffee offered is as ethically sourced and traceable as possible.
