Hollie Whittles

Mentor & Clinic Leader

Having worked with blue-chip companies, small to medium enterprises and business start-ups, Hollie Whittles has amassed a lot of experience over the years. After running her own successful web design consultancy for ten years, she realised that the thing she loves most is working with people to help get them online. Setting up an online digital marketing consultancy not only plays to her strengths but is something that she really enjoys!

In 2016, she changed her business (FraggleWorks based in Wellington) to focus purely on training, coaching and mentoring people in all aspects of running their business. Her goal is to empower you to take control of your online presence through helping you with your website and social media. In her 121 sessions she will spend time with you to understand which challenges you are facing and help come up with out of the box ideas to fix them.

She will also help you to get on top of social media. She relishes the challenge of creating an online strategy for someone by offering creative advice and expertise. Hollie can show you tools and apps to help you manage your social media accounts reducing that overwhelming feeling. She can also show you the best ways to create those amazing images and videos to really make your social media accounts stand out from the crowd.

Hollie doesn’t just focus on web and social media, as a registered Business Mentor she can also help you with goal setting, business planning, automating your business and being your virtual business mentor who holds you accountable. She is proud to be a Mentor to Shropshire Youth Support Trust.

Michael Paul


Over the last forty years Mike has had a very successful career in the Wines & Spirits Industry. During that time he has run seven companies ranging from UK distributors  to subsidiaries of international producers and ranging in size from start ups to companies with a turnover of over £100 million. Since 2008 he has been a consultant and mentor to UK wine businesses while he regularly lectures on business and marketing. His particular expertise is in developing business plans and marketing programmes. Mike lives near Shrewsbury having moved up from London 15 years ago.

Lousie Welsby



Louise Welsby has extensive experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and PR. Her previous roles have seen her lead teams in film, television and radio and education, before she decided to set up Buy-From and Buy-From Shropshire together with her father in 2015. Her business has grown incredibly quickly since its launch, with businesses throughout Shropshire engaging with the ethos of celebrating small, micro and independent businesses. Louise’s business provides network, community, support, retail opportunities and training. Louise is highly qualified in Social Media and Marketing her team complete this picture by offering Business Coaching, Mentoring, Web Design, SEO and Video for Business.

Katie Nutt


Katie founded Social Media Fanatic in the year of 2014, after running a successful cleaning business and creating a fashion blog, she noticed local businesses needed support with their social media. She has now worked with over a 100 businesses since Social Media Fanatic started and has gained many qualifications and invaluable experience when it comes to social media for business.


Sam Warner


The business was started in 2008 and focussed on soft skills training and life balance coaching. Sam uses her degree in Business Management, 20 years of corporate experience and training and research to hold others accountable so they achieve their goals.  Customers include those who want to work on their communication skills and confidence, in person, in presentations and on video.

Sam’s clients are many and varied, from all walks of life.

Sam discovered through research that she has High functioning Asperger’s  Syndrome (ASD) in 2011.  Sam has been successfully helping people to communicate better with those with ASD.  Making sense of behaviours, responses and processing so that harmony can be restored and they can feel productive, respected and accepted.

Adele Partridge


Adele Partridge, Owner of Health & Safety in Care.

A successful business owner having worked in Health and Safety consultancy for over 18 years, with a proven record delivering bespoke safety management solutions within the commercial, industrial, retail, care and education sectors.

I am passionate about understanding the employer’s needs so as to deliver accurate services to support the company meaning they never receive an off-the-shelf package.  I achieved a teaching qualification whilst delivering Health and Safety courses at Telford College and now design/deliver courses that apply to company processes and procedures in the corporate world.

Specialities:  Offering everything required to ensure businesses meet their legislative requirements to reduce the risk of injury whilst being sensitive to the needs of the employees and others; from audits to training packages and everything in between.

Confidence and good communication skills have continuously helped me to interact with people.  I am passionate about sharing my enthusiasm and expertise to help business owners and individuals understand their legal H&S requirements without taking time away from them running their business.
